[ep-ik]–adjective Also, ep·i·cal. 1. noting or pertaining to a long poetic composition, usually centered upon a hero, in which a series of great achievements or events is narrated in elevated style. The name “EPIC” is not an acronym, but rather is named after a poetic story that centers around a very notable hero. Our hero is Jesus, and we are all playing a role in His epic story. EPIC exists so that every college student has the chance to ask the hard questions about life, God, and self. At EPIC, we have weekly meetings, smaller group Bible Studies, conferences and retreats, and missions opportunities during the summer and for the year.
